Reality TV series are becoming more and more popular these days. Perhaps it is because people can see the genuineness and core of the personalities. Personally I can somewhat relate to the experiences, humiliations, pressures and reactions to the situations shown thus seeing real people.

Since I love fashion I am hooked to this line of shows. In 2003 America’s Top Model was first launched and became an instant hit. This reality search made way to the aspiring ladies who dreams of becoming the next big thing in the catwalk and print ads. Because of the success it has continued running its series. From then on these series became instant phenomenon. More job search series have aired like Project Runway became one of the biggest craze which featured upcoming fashion designers, Stylista for fashion editors, Shear Genius for hair styling. They also covered self- improvement series like Extreme Makeover, Tim Gunn’s Guide to Fashion, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and What not to Wear. These series give opportunities to those who aim for fame and become what they dreamt of.
